About CoachStation and Steve Riddle
With a career spanning over three decades, primarily in leadership roles, I have spent the past 25 years driving business improvement, organisational and cultural change within various national and international businesses.
Roles have included National Customer Experience Leader for GE Capital and Head of Customer Service and Complaints for Toyota Finance Australia. I created CoachStation in 2010 to influence a world where leadership is a skill, capability and attitude that is a reality in what leaders do, not just what they know.
The opportunity to concentrate my time and efforts on my greatest interest and skill – leadership development – have provided many ‘a-ha’ moments for my clients and myself. A genuine interest and caring for people have been key to my success, aligned with core values of health, trust and making a difference. To date I have coached and mentored over 450 people and leaders at all organisational levels and facilitated workshops for over 1,900 participants.
Assisting others to see and feel those moments and learn to influence their teams, managers and others who matter most is what drives me. A focus and passion for developing businesses and organisations has made a genuine difference in their worlds, that has been acknowledged by all my clients and business partners. Along with many years of practical experience and leading teams,
